I specialize in a number of evidence-based treatments: Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among others. I also work with clients on issues related to depression, phobias, trauma, parenting, career, family conflict, body image, life transitions, and more.
